We are looking for an Amazon DSP Specialist who will manage the end to end experience of our enterprise agency and advertiser clients, driving the overall expertise for our programmatic advertising DSP. In this position you will work closely with internal support teams to address customer needs, acting internally as the voice of the customer to help drive product enhancements, and create solutions on behalf of your customers. The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers you continual opportunities to learn, be curious and develop your skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building advertising solutions to grow revenue of our clients
- Seamless project management of campaigns
- Providing data-driven creative strategy recommendations
- Ongoing advertiser education aimed at helping them grow their business on Amazon
- Diving deep on creative data, recommending creative testing, and providing creative insights to our advertisers
- Providing efficient and accurate campaigns management
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams
- Mentoring PPC Strategists and support them in programmatic client conversations
- Upholding our customers’ experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
- Digital advertising expertise in ad specifications, file formats and related technologies
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and speed in learning new processes and tools
- Strong technical/operational capabilities
- Self-direction and goal orientation
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media and Salesforce???
