As a Senior Account Executive for TikTok Shop, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients on the platform. You will manage client onboarding, troubleshoot issues, run TikTok Shop ads, and oversee affiliate outreach for our clients. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends and best practices to provide clients with strategic advice. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to client management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success on TikTok Shop.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on platform features, tools, and best practices.
- Customize onboarding processes to fit the unique needs and goals of each client.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Set up TikTok shop account for the client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients experiencing issues with TikTok Shop, offering prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and TikTok support to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Document common issues and create resources to streamline future troubleshooting efforts.
Ad Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok Shop ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales for clients.
- Monitor ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Affiliate Outreach Management:
- Oversee affiliate marketing efforts for clients, identifying and recruiting suitable influencers and partners.
- Develop and manage relationships with affiliates to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with client goals.
- Track affiliate performance and provide clients with insights on how to enhance their affiliate programs.
TikTok Trends & Best Practices:
- Stay informed about the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Regularly share insights with clients, helping them to capitalize on emerging opportunities within the platform.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training to continually enhance your expertise in TikTok marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work US hours & answer clients on a rolling basis as they message us.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s advertising tools and features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic Excel skills

This will be remotely administered with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones.
