We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Account Director to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Amazon Strategists, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, managing client advertising budgets, and ensuring that team members are delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivering exceptional results for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Leading the team of strategists and ensuring they are delivering high-quality results by evaluating their work based on the scorecard
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Communicating with clients to discuss performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Managing client advertising budgets and ensuring they are being utilized effectively
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing a training program for new strategists
  • Providing ongoing training and support for existing strategists to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Working with strategists to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching
  • Working with the strategist to identify and resolve client issues
  • Implementing programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture and promote work-life balance
  • Coordinating team capacity in order to provide strategists with attainable goals and workloads and to increase team’s productivity
  • Establishing a hierarchy between action items that will enable each strategist to reach setted results and objectives

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience in PPC and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of PPC
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to details and documentation
  • Knowledge of English: C1

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire.Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a
quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
