ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Amazon Account / Brand Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and receive exceptional service throughout their partnership with our company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: Act as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and understanding each client’s goals, challenges, and vision.

Guide New Clients: Lead onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales and a clear roadmap for success.

Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track KPIs and account health, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively address potential issues.

Provide Strategic Insights: Offer recommendations, best practices, and data-driven solutions that help clients achieve measurable results.

Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.

Communicate Clearly: Share regular updates, reports, and action plans while ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

Advocate for the Client: Capture feedback to influence product improvements and represent the client’s perspective within the company.
