We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within our organization from initial idea to completion. In this position you will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with desired results aligned to objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Knowledge of English at an advanced level
  • Strong technical skills (Ms Office) and a solid understanding of company goals
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical skills in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Good communication abilities with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to motivate the project team
  • Mathematical and budgeting skills
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure
