We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will be a strategic and supportive partner for our clients at every stage of the working process. Your duties will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding new clients and improving onboarding processes
- Ensuring that all agreements established with the customers are properly communicated to the relevant department in order to be implemented accurately
- Developing and managing client portfolios
- Understanding customers technical requirements and business goals
- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Building a successful game plan for each client based on his needs and data analysis
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
- Evaluating and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
- Mediating between clients and the company
- Handling and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Minimizing customer churn and promote customer loyalty
- Aiding in product design and product development
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Possibility to work US hours (6am-2pm PST)
- Experience in managing customer success processes
- Experience in service provider agency
- Communications/ Marketing/ Business degree
- Project management skills
- Experience in document creation
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Good analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional intelligence and leadership qualities
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive nature

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on purely experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
