Head of Sales / Sales Team Coordinator

We’re looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. In this role you will define, articulate and implement the agency’s strategy for selling services. You should be kept abreast of industry trends, market and competitors’ activities, and serve as a business representative at major industry online events and conferences. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent client support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides leadership to the entire team.

  • Staying on top of all division members and contractors.
  • Evaluating the team’s performance in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Making sure everyone in the team is happy.
  • Staying on top of all division processes and SOPs,
  • Auditing all division processes and SOPs and making sure to resolve any issues and inefficiencies.
  • Staying on top of the team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Strategizes with executive management to ensure quotas are met.
  • Collaborates with the Advertising team to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consults with the PPC team and client success manager to understand client needs, perfect client profile.
  • Creating KPIs for everyone in the team.
  • Creating Work Bibles for everyone in the team.

Communication

  • Auditing leads to communication effectiveness.
  • Creating and updating email templates.
  • Tracking all leads communication.
  • Making sure all leads communication is in line with company goals, values, and standards.

Reports

  • Making sure all trackers are up to date and reported to executive management for accuracy.
  • Creating necessary trackers to make sure a smoother and proper monitoring of the division’s performance.

Leads

  • Making sure all leads are attended to and no one is being missed.
  • Making sure all leads go through all nurture processes to convert to sales.

Sales and initial client onboarding

  • Effectively handover client details to Ops manager to make sure smooth client onboarding.
  • Staying on top of the sales team to ensure all leads are followed up after sales calls.
  • Monitoring clients in signing agreements in a timely manner.
  • Following up to all clients daily for agreements signature until signed.
  • Auditing Sales calls and setting KPIs.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Operations Manager
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Good understanding of market demand and customer behavior
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach the team on them
  • Ability to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales associates
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite
  • Proficiency in funnel management
  • Attention to details, passion for sales and result orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English level- at least C1)

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
