We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations. Operations Associate responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization’s policies and standards, and assisting the CFO and operations manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing administrative duties, including answering emails and scheduling meetings
- Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
- Working with Amazon’s internal technology teams to develop creative and best-in-class product compliance business processes that can scale up
- Leveraging data to continuously improve Product Compliance at Amazon
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
- Linking all the programs to business metrics and built solutions keeping that in mind
- Developing and implementing scalable closed loop internal and external engagement mechanisms to enable team strategy
- Assessing team’s performance towards organizational goals and communicate progress and action plans to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage employee schedules and rosters including processing of leave and sick time
- Maintaining company databases
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar role
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer proficiency
- Detail and solutions-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- English: at least B1

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on purely experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
