We are looking for a Partnership Specialist who will be responsible for continuous improvement of the company’s partnership practice by growing its portfolio of partners, creating go-to-market plans, driving expansion opportunities, and managing and growing partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching and conducting analysis of the market to identify collaboration opportunities
- Managing pipeline and generating new partnerships leads
- Coordinating activities of the Partnership, and assists the team lead in coordinating activities of other partnerships
- Handling all new career events and summits job fairs internal and external communication
- Coordinating events to promote partnerships and build brand awareness
- Following up on external delivery/execution of the full agreed on processes of the collaboration projects and developing best practice for internal delivery
- Leading all communication with new partners or strategic entities
- Developing proposals and negotiating contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties’ needs are met
- Meeting with partners to discuss goals and objectives and brainstorm solutions to problems
- Delivering/ executing full processes of the collaboration projects and develop best practice
- Developing tactics to increase income and awareness through partnership collaborations, based on the internal/ external analysis
- Monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market expansion
- Approaching new accounts to fulfill needed business KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Possibility to work US hours (6am-14am PST)
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration/ Development Economics/ Marketing/ Social Sciences or related fields
- Solid and diverse technical and operational management experience in fund-raising/ partnerships/ foundation development initiatives, resulting in significant revenue growth
- Proven track record for securing and managing multi-year/ multi-million dollar corporate partnerships
- The ability to strategically and effectively navigate within complex environments
- Ability to conceptualize and actualize goals consistent with a strategic, long-term focus for company development
- Strong diplomacy, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous sales experience will be an advantage

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on purely experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
