Sales Appointment Setter

We’re looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Appointment Setter. In this position you will be responsible for lead analysis, follow-up procedures, outreach, email communication and appointment scheduling.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust through your professionalism, empathy, and reliability. You’ll need to possess exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage appointments and follow-up tasks.


  • Lead Analysis and Qualification: Analyzing and qualifying leads according to given criteria
  • Follow-Up Procedures: Regularly engaging with leads to maintain interest and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Prospecting: Identifying and pursuing potential leads.
  • Outreach: Conducting warm calls for 90% of communications, complemented by 10% cold calls to expand outreach.
  • Effective Email Communication: Ensuring timely and accurate correspondence with prospective clients via email.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Booking sales calls and arranging free audits with interested prospects.
  • Database Management: Updating and managing client databases daily to maintain accurate records.
  • Sales Strategy Adherence: Following established sales strategies while also suggesting innovative approaches.
  • Regular Reporting: Providing updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Meeting Monthly Targets: Fulfilling necessary target requirements per month of booked calls to drive sales growth.


  • Availability to work US hours (6am-3pm PST)
  • Conversational fluency at C1-C2 levels
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot being advantageous.
  • Competence in MS Office, Google Suite, and document creation software like Pandadoc.
  • Computer literacy, tech-savvy.
  • Knowledgeable in managing sales funnels and driving customer engagement.
  • Attention to details
  • Prioritizing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Previous experience in sales roles would be beneficial.

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.
