Social media and marketing specialist

We are looking for a driven Social Media and Marketing Specialist to implement Trivium’s strategy across all digital channels with an emphasis on social media and email marketing.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company’s social media practices and qualified lead generation over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Plan and execute email marketing strategies using HubSpot. Develop segmented lists, content calendars, and optimize campaigns.
  • Fully own, create and manage all content on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, lead magnets, newsletters, email marketing and other social and marketing channels
  • Work with email copywriter to write engaging email copy and collaborate on visually appealing templates within HubSpot.
  • Manage lead magnet projects, including guide copywriting/design and landing page funnel/automation.
  • Analyze key metrics like open rates and conversion rates to refine strategies.
  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Managing all posting and coming up with the captions with appropriate hashtags
  • Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, best practices, and emerging trends, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Preparing weekly/ monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
  • Prepare weekly marketing division reports and report up to CEO and Head of Content

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Proven working experience in social media including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting
  • Must have experience with: Social Media (Captions, Keep up with Trends, Create posts & videos, Come up with post ideas), LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Lead Magnets, Landing Pages
  • Experience in email marketing with proven track record
  • Experience using various analytics software
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation software
  • Knowledge of online marketing and thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 6am-11am PST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
