We’re looking for an extremely dedicated individual to join our team as a Video Editor. In this position you will combine Photoshop with After Effects/ Adobe Premiere/ Final Cut to create unique and high quality projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meeting with the creative director to determine production vision
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence
- Consulting with the creative director throughout the project
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting
- Experience as a video editor or in a related field
- Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with at least 3 tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe After Effect, Final Cut etc.)
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Knowledge of English: at least B2
